A well-established, resident-focused skilled nursing facility in Central Illinois is seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide operational leadership and ensure exceptional quality of care. This opportunity is ideal for a proven administrator who values regulatory excellence, staff development, and resident satisfaction.
Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility
Ensure compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain continuous survey readiness
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census growth strategies
Foster a positive, resident-centered environment for residents, families, and staff
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners
Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) — required
Demonstrated experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Track record of successful survey outcomes and quality performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field — preferred
$85,000 to $105,000 annual
