Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Project Management Analyst in Houston for a 6-month assignment to provide analytical, coordination, and administrative support within a capital projects environment. The role focuses on planning and execution activities with exposure to project controls, cost and schedule tracking, governance, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.
• Experience supporting capital projects and project data related to scope, cost, schedule, progress, risk, change, procurement, staffing, and performance indicators.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, meeting materials, and decision-support analysis for leadership and project teams.
• Experience maintaining project records such as action logs, decision logs, risk and opportunity registers, change logs, governance calendars, and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct project management and business support to senior leadership in Capital Projects and LNG Technology.
• Prepare concise executive reports, dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and decision-support analyses.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and consolidate project data related to scope, cost, schedule, progress, risk, change, and procurement.
• Maintain project trackers, action-item logs, risk registers, change logs, governance calendars, and document control records.
• Support development and maintenance of project schedules, cost forecasts, and staffing plans in coordination with project managers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to obtain information and ensure timely project deliverables.
