Caturus in Houston, TX, is seeking a Downstream Contracts Lead to independently manage LNG contracts through their full lifecycle—from strategy development to closeout. You will work with Project, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and HSE to ensure commercial alignment and policy compliance.

The role requires 10+ years in contract management in oil and gas, with LNG/EPC experience preferred, and strong negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder skills.

• The candidate must have 10+ years in contract management and procurement within oil and gas.
• LNG and EPC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to negotiate, draft, and administer complex contracts.

Mansioni

• Independently develop category strategies, RFPs, bid packages, and contract docs for assigned scopes.
• Lead strategic sourcing, commercial model development, and negotiations for LNG services.
• Prepare and review redlines, issue logs, and risk assessments; negotiate terms within authority.
• Manage contracts from award through execution, ensuring compliance with obligations.
• Review and administer MSAs, work orders, POs, and service contracts in coordination with legal.
• Facilitate vendor performance discussions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, legal, finance, engineering, and HSE to align objectives.
• Proactively identify issues and determine next steps with minimal supervision.
• Travel domestically to field offices, sites, and vendor facilities as needed.
