Job summary

Bechtel in Houston seeks a seasoned construction leader to take charge of the LALNG project team. You will supervise superintendents and craft professionals, directing work schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring alignment with design documents, schedules, and budgets.

The role requires LNG project experience, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to mobility across Bechtel's LNG, energy, and infrastructure programs in the US Gulf Coast region.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Construction experience on LNG projects and heavy industrial supervision.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage field craft activities.
• Experience with oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generating station construction.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to read and interpret engineering documents and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on the LNG project.
• Direct craft activities, schedule work, and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with design documents, specifications, and budgets.
• Oversee tool/equipment usage and field material requisitions.
• Maintain safety and quality through adherence to procedures and PPE.
