Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is seeking a Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist in Charleston, West Virginia. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field and at least 5 years in LMS administration, eLearning development, and collaborating with SMEs to translate complex topics into effective training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or organizational learning programs.
• 5+ years of experience working with SMEs to translate technical content into effective learning materials.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience with LMS configuration, administration, and ongoing system support including LMS architecture, course structures, user roles, permissions, and course management.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience troubleshooting technical issues related to course delivery or LMS functionality.
• 5+ years of experience designing eLearning courses, quizzes, and assessments.
• 5+ years of experience with common eLearning development tools.
• 5+ years of experience applying instructional design methodologies to create learning experiences for adult learning and workplace training environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage eLearning content and LMS configurations.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate technical topics into engaging courses, quizzes, and simulations.
• Configure courses, manage user accounts, enroll learners, and organize learning paths.
• Track course completion, assess performance metrics, and report on compliance.
• Troubleshoot login or playback issues and provide technical support to users.
• Create interactive online courses, videos, quizzes, and assessments using authoring tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure learning experiences meet business needs.
