Job summary

UDR Consulting in Charleston, West Virginia seeks a Learning Management System & eLearning Development Specialist. This role focuses on building courses, managing LMS configurations, and delivering engaging learning experiences for adult learners.

You will work with SMEs to translate complex topics into accessible content, track outcomes, and ensure compliance across programs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Storyline/Captivate and modern LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting enterprise or organizational learning programs.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SMEs to translate technical content into effective learning materials.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with LMS configuration, administration, and ongoing system support.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience with LMS configuration, administration, and ongoing system support including LMS architecture, course structures, user roles, permissions, and course management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues related to course delivery or LMS functionality.
• Minimum 5 years of experience designing eLearning courses, quizzes, and assessments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with common eLearning development tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience applying instructional design methodologies to create learning experiences for adult learning and workplace training environments.
• Leaming Management System & eLearning Development Specialist must have a minimum of 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues related to course delivery or LMS functionality.
• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Training & Development, Adult Learning, or related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Tools: Proficiency in authoring software like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, and familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle, Canvas, or Cornerstone.
• Standards Knowledge: Understanding of e-learning standards like SCORM and xAPI for tracking data between content and the LMS.
