Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Educational Technology, Learning and Development, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a comparable role with direct responsibility for designing and developing learning solutions.
• Experience developing eLearning using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360, or comparable eLearning authoring tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing a variety of learning materials, including eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, assessments, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop learning solutions from needs analysis through design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs, performance gaps, and learning solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop clear learning objectives and competency-based outcomes.
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended programs.
• Create curricula for new-hire training, role-specific development, and compliance education.
• Translate complex information into clear, accessible learning content.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, job aids, and assessments.
