Augment Risk seeks a Senior Technical Accountant – Lloyds & Reinsurance to own technical accounting for Lloyds and reinsurance portfolios in a high-control, technology-enabled environment.

You will manage settlements, bordereaux, and market reconciliations, partnering with deal teams to reflect placement economics accurately in the operating records and to support audit trails and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical accounting experience in reinsurance or Lloyds environments.
• Deep knowledge of premiums, claims, commissions, settlements, and cash.
• Proven Lloyds market experience with strong controls and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own technical accounting for Lloyds and reinsurance portfolios, including settlements.
• Review contracts, endorsements, and bordereaux for proper accounting treatment.
• Prepare reconciliations, cash allocations, and supporting documentation; resolve breaks.
• Collaborate with Claims Operations on reserves, payments, and bordereaux.
