Gap International seeks an AI/LLM Engineer to design and implement advanced AI systems centered on large language models. You will lead fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering to tackle enterprise challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into internal tools and workflows.

The role emphasizes scaling LLM deployments, architectural leadership, and staying current with NLP advances while mentoring teammates in a high-performance environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred; applicants with a Master’s must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and Git/GitHub for version control.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and APIs (OpenAI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying models at scale.
• Solid understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and evaluation metrics for LLM systems.
• Experience designing end-to-end training pipelines, including data shaping, model tuning, and optimization.
• Excellent communication of complex concepts across teams and to non-technical stakeholders.
• Contributions to AI/ML community through publications, open-source, or thought leadership.
