Motorola Solutions is seeking an AI Manager for Language Models to guide the development and deployment of LLM solutions for public safety and enterprise use. You will bridge AI research and production engineering, delivering reliable ML systems with an immediate focus on 911 handling, dispatch, and case management.

Join a collaborative team spanning data curation to deployment, monitor performance, and iterate with research scientists and infrastructure engineers to scale reusable ML components

Qualifications

• 8+ years as ML researcher or in a quantitative field
• 2+ years of direct management experience
• Experience managing an LLM-based solution
• Experience managing cloud-based software engineering
• Strong written and oral English communication

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of large language model driven machine learning solutions
• Work across all stages of the machine learning lifecycle, including data curation, model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and feedback
• Apply your knowledge to public safety application areas such as 911 call handling, dispatch, and case management, and enterprise applications in retail, commercial security, and infrastructure management
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and research scientists to build scalable machine learning products
• Create reusable components to support integration between research teams and production engineering
