Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Program Instructor to lead activities for AL/IL residents in New York. You will plan, schedule, and deliver engaging programs, promoting well-being and community participation.

You will partner with the Resident Engagement Director and specialists, maintain records, and adapt offerings to residents' interests while supporting memory care initiatives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED and/or four year college degree; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Resident Engagement programs and activities.
• Maintain records of all programs and resident participation.
• Adapt programming to residents' interests and state requirements.
• Collaborate with Memory Care Engagement team and other staff.
• May participate in certifications and drive company vehicle as needed.
