Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day clinical presence of the Prava therapy program within the community.
• Maintain an active clinical caseload while mentoring the therapy team.
• Establish a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and resident-centered care.
• Orient and integrate new clinicians into the community, its residents, culture, routines, and expectations.
• Coach and mentor therapists in clinical reasoning, documentation, communication, and functional outcomes.
• Build relationships with community leadership, nursing, caregivers, residents and families.
• Ensure therapy goals connect to residents’ daily life.
