• Maintain an active clinical caseload while mentoring the therapy team.
• Establish a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and resident-centered care.
• Orient and integrate new clinicians into the community, residents, culture, routines, and expectations.
• Coach and mentor therapists in clinical reasoning, documentation, communication, and functional outcomes.
• Build relationships with community leadership, nursing, care partners, residents, and families.
• Monitor clinical quality, documentation, outcomes, scheduling, caseload trends, and other program indicators.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the therapy program and turn those opportunities into action.
• Create visibility for therapy throughout the community and represent Prava as a clinical partner.
