Qualifications

• Passion for senior care and well-being for residents.
• Strong relationship-building and active listening with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in healthcare settings (skilled nursing/assisted living) is a plus.
• Clear communication in English and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with each resident’s individual care plan.
• Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules based on census changes.
• Assist with transporting residents during in-facility and off-site events; support volunteers.
• Document participation and progress; ensure HIPAA, infection control, safety, and QAPI adherence.
