Qualifications

• Strong ability to connect with residents, families, and staff in empathetic ways.
• Background in healthcare settings (skilled nursing/assisted living) is beneficial.
• Clear English communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with each resident's care plan.
• Facilitate group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents’ interests and needs.
• Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules based on census and events.
• Document participation and progress; support care coordination; ensure HIPAA, safety, and QAPI compliance.
