Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for senior care and residents’ well‑being.
• Able to connect with residents, families, and staff with empathy.
• Healthcare setting experience is a plus.
• Clear and effective English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with each resident’s care plan.
• Facilitate group and one‑on‑one activities based on resident interests and needs.
• Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules as census changes.
• Transport and support residents during in‑facility and off‑site events; assist volunteers.
• Document participation and progress; support care coordination and HIPAA, infection control, safety, and QAPI requirements.
