Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Therapeutic Recreation Aide to support daily programming aligned with each resident’s individualized care plan in Minnesota.

You’ll facilitate group and one-on-one activities, maintain activity calendars, assist with resident transport for in-facility and off-site events, and document participation and progress while supporting care coordination and HIPAA/safety standards.

• Ability to build relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Experience in healthcare settings in beneficial
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, and clear English communication.
