Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota seeks a Therapeutic Recreation Aide to deliver daily programming aligned with residents’ care plans and improve quality of life. You will run group and one-on-one activities tailored to residents’ interests and needs, encourage engagement, and build positive relationships with residents and families.

Experience in healthcare settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Deliver daily therapeutic programming aligned with each resident’s care plan.
Facilitate group and one-on-one activities to engage residents.
Maintain activity calendars and adjust schedules as census changes occur.
Assist with transporting residents during in-facility and off-site events and support volunteers.
