Job summary

Parasol Alliance, a technology solutions company serving the senior living industry, seeks a Client Service Manager to drive exceptional client relations and oversee the execution of all client-related services within full-service contracts.

You will partner with clients’ technology champions, manage annual budgets and roadmaps, lead quarterly reviews, and coordinate cross-department efforts to deliver measurable revenue growth and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred; long-term healthcare support experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop, implement and manage operational strategy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and influence all levels of a company.
• The position is largely self-motivated and self-structured.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated point of contact for assigned sites, supporting satisfaction and strategic planning.
• Oversee client experience, success and relationship management including satisfaction reporting.
• Lead change management and procurement activities following defined standards.
• Oversee annual business reviews, budgeting and roadmap alignment with clients.
• Coordinate cross-department communication to ensure seamless service delivery.
