Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule care staff to ensure budgeted hours are met.
• Call-ins and short-staff coverage responsibilities.
• Assist with employment inquiries, screenings, and interviews.
• Create and maintain a process for time-off requests and scheduling.
• Track staff certifications and renewals; assist with annual training in LMS.
