Qualifications

• CPR Certification required.
• 3+ years related kitchen/culinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities and training of kitchen staff and kitchen workers.
• Plan menus and prepare food in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Take weekly inventory and place orders for deliveries.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in food preparation areas.
• Manage the kitchen staff schedule.
• Review menus, analyze recipes, and price items for catering at a profit.
• Address associates and resident concerns.
