Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Chattanooga for a full-time role. You will evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders, set treatment goals, and deliver individualized care as part of a coordinated care team.

You will participate in clinical conferences, provide rehabilitative services, and work with residents in private sessions using functional approaches, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop Speech Pathology treatment programs based on a full clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based treatment sessions.
