Legacy Healthcare Services is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a role focused on improving the lives of senior patients. You will evaluate and treat swallowing and communication disorders, set treatment goals, and contribute to a collaborative care plan with a multi-disciplinary team.

The position emphasizes individualized, private treatment sessions, a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and comprehensive benefits including licensure reimbursement

Qualifikationen

• Masters degree from an accredited program in speech language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or ability to obtain prior to starting employment.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients with swallowing disorders and communication/cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs based on clinical evaluation.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team with medical orders.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized sessions and functional-based approaches.
