Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN opportunity at Whitehouse, TN. The role focuses on evaluating and treating swallowing and communication disorders, with a patient-centered, team-based approach to care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state license or the ability to obtain one before starting. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and extensive benefits, including insurance and retirement

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech-language pathology.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or able to obtain before starting.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/ cognitive impairments using evidence-based techniques.
• Establish treatment goals and develop/implement SLP treatment programs from evaluations.
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, functional-based sessions.
