Job summary

Sage Glendale Senior Living, part of Agemark Senior Living, is hiring a full-time Shuttle Bus Driver in Glendale, CA. You’ll transport residents to appointments and events, assist with mobility, and help ensure safety and comfort on every trip.

We value friendly, patient individuals who can communicate well and work as part of a caregiving team. CDL Class B with passenger endorsement is preferred, and vehicle safety and documentation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL Class B with passenger endorsement preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safe driving.
• Friendly and patient with a genuine desire to work with seniors.
• Comfortable assisting residents with mobility or other needs.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide Safe Transportation: Drive residents to appointments, outings, shopping trips, community events, and other destinations.
• Assist residents getting in and out of the vehicle and provide extra support for those with mobility needs.
• Be a friendly, patient, and helpful presence while transporting and accompanying residents.
• Keep community vehicles clean, safe, and ready for each trip.
• Complete routine vehicle inspections and follow all local, state, and federal driving and passenger safety requirements.
• Maintain required vehicle records and documentation.
• Support activities and other areas of the community when transportation needs allow.
