Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communications skills and ability to plan efficient routes using local knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation that helps residents stay active, engaged, and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs by operating wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides running on time by managing transportation requests and reducing wait times.
• Maintain a well-kept, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and scheduled inspections.
• Support the team during downtime by taking on small maintenance or custodial tasks.
