Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to coordinate independent living supportive services and manage scheduling for residents in the community. The successful candidate will monitor and administer contracts, staff scheduling, and supply management while maintaining confidentiality and resident rights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related human services field.
• Knowledge of aging network and aging processes preferred.
• Crisis intervention skills.
• Action-oriented with business acumen, conflict management, customer focus and good decision quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• High personal accountability, independent decision-making, and ability to interpret THSC policies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to research and analyze information from various sources to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent living supportive services and scheduling for residents.
• Monitor and maintain contracts for services for current and new residents.
• Staff wellness assistants scheduling; monitor hours and staffing levels to ensure proper workflow and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and respect resident rights.
• Attend trainings and mandatory in-service programs as required.
• Report occupational exposures per community policies.
• Order and manage supplies and keep office clean and safe.
• Develop good working relationships with departments to ensure services are properly maintained.
