Qualifications

• Knowledge of the aging network and intervention techniques preferred.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgement.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple duties with high customer service standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate independent living supportive services and monitor scheduling.
• Assist with changes in services requested by residents.
• Maintain confidential resident information and ensure rights are respected.
• Staff scheduling and monitoring of wellness assistants and staffing levels.
• Attend required trainings and stay compliant with policies and procedures.
• Provide data and reporting as directed; support resident scheduling and appointments.
