Ivy Park at Los Gatos, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Server to provide friendly dining service to residents, families, and guests. No prior experience required—we train the right candidate.

Must be at least 16 with a work permit and have a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, time off, 401(k) matching, and employee assistance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB tests and vaccines where required.

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, and courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to support resident care.
