Job summary

IVY PARK AT SALINAS, a premiere senior living community operated by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Server to provide friendly dining service to residents and guests. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, and help maintain a welcoming dining area in a supportive team setting.

Part-time position with benefits; prior experience is welcome but not required. Must be at least 16 years old and able to pass health and background screenings. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables and ensure a clean dining area.
• Maintain safety and proper serving etiquette.
• Support teamwork across staff and departments.
