Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-time Server to provide high-quality dining service to residents. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate order taking, and maintaining a clean dining area. You will work Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $21–$24 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and capable of obtaining required background checks and health clearances. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, highly preferred.
• Exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn.
• Must be 18 years or older or have a proper work permit and authorization documentation.
• Must complete required background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving meals.
• Uphold high table etiquette by serving from the left and clearing between courses.
• Engage with residents, assist with meal and menu selections, and attend to dining needs.
• Adhere to dietary needs and care plans
• Maintain a clean, sanitary dining area and proper storage of supplies.
• Assist in breaking down deliveries, washing dishes, and restocking supplies.
• Support marketing efforts through positive interactions and professional appearance.
