Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at San Ramon is seeking a Server to deliver friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families, and guests in a warm, respectful environment.

The role handles taking orders, entering them into the POS, setting up and breaking down tables, and maintaining safe, clean dining areas while supporting a collaborative team focused on elder care excellence. Training provided; must be 16+ with a work permit.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Must interact effectively with staff, physicians, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Set up and break down bus tables.
• Maintain proper serving etiquette and table manners.
• Ensure a safe and clean dining environment and support teamwork across departments.
