Oakmont Senior Living in Santa Rosa, CA, invites applications for a Server role in our Ivy Park community. You will serve residents with courtesy, take orders via POS, and help maintain a clean dining area, while upholding Oakmont's mission, values, and commitment to excellent service.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and health screenings.
• Vaccination and PPE may be required per guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and bus tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette (e.g., serving from left, clearing between courses).
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
