Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server for our community restaurant. You will help create an exceptional dining experience, build relationships with residents, and deliver service you would expect in a favorite restaurant.

Schedule includes early mornings, with some 11am-7pm shifts, weekends and holidays. You will direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selections while ensuring accurate orders and smooth dining room operations.

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one as required by state/county regulations.
• Strong customer service presentation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
