Job summary

Milestone-Retirement-Communities is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for residents. You will ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and support a collaborative team that creates a warm, engaging atmosphere for residents and families.

You will interact with residents, families, and coworkers to foster a welcoming community, while upholding safety, sanitation, and quality standards as part of an experienced senior living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Ability to obtain/hold local food handling licenses as required.
• Must be 18 years or older; pass health screenings and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet residents' dining preferences and dietary needs.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
