Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an SEO Strategist, Senior Living to own search for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story for clients, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-assisted content drafts, local and multi-location SEO, and reporting in GA4 and Search Console, driving quarterly roadmaps for each client.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI.
• Getting clients found in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and quarterly client roadmaps.
