Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Manager, Senior Living to own search for a portfolio of senior living clients. You will shape the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story, acting as the strategic voice in client discussions.

You will manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, content priorities, local/multi-location SEO, and analytics reporting. This is a remote role with US/Canada/South Africa eligibility, and agency-wide collaboration on growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Agency experience across several clients at once
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• SEO for multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture
• Lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities with writers and AI
• Drive visibility in AI search along with traditional organic results
• Manage local search and multi-location SEO where needed
• Produce GA4 and Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps for clients
