Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist for Senior Living to own the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking narrative for a book of senior living clients. You will drive strategic decisions and lead client discussions with US-based stakeholders.

In this role, you manage technical SEO, keyword strategy, AI-assisted content workflows, and multi-location/local SEO while delivering transparent GA4/Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across multiple clients; clear English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for senior living or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy and on-page optimization with writers and AI drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO as needed.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, with quarterly roadmaps for each client.
