Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, a remote, AI-first digital agency, is seeking an SEO Strategist for Senior Living to own search for a book of senior living clients. You’ll shape the technical roadmap, prioritize content, and craft the ranking narrative when clients ask what moved.

You’ll act as the strategic voice, lead audits and fixes, coordinate with writers and AI, and drive multi-location/local SEO, reporting in GA4 and Search Console with quarterly client roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO
• Experience with audits and fixes
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Senior living multi-location SEO is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO for senior living clients
• Develop keyword strategy and content priorities with writers/AI
• Improve AI search presence and traditional organic results
• Manage multi-location SEO and local search aspects
• Provide quarterly roadmaps and reporting in GA4/Search Console
