Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• Two to three years applicable experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Smart Care Experience preferred.
• SaaS Electronic Scheduling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based on census, regulatory requirements, and absences. Fill vacancies with overtime considerations.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track tardiness, unplanned absences, approved time off, and changes in scheduled hours in the scheduling database and timekeeping system.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
• Track incidental and approved overtime and generate related reports.
