Qualifications

• Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse license and other state-required certifications.
• Capable of participating with interdisciplinary teams and documenting resident conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident's care.
• Document the resident condition and nursing needs accurately.
• Direct and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census.
• Execute treatments and document reactions.
• Manage medications and chart all medications.
