Westmont Living, Inc. in California seeks a results-driven Sales Specialist to drive growth in our senior living communities. You will lead the sales effort, promote our services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to prospective residents and families.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in senior living sales, strong communication and closing skills, and a proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment; commission opportunities enhance earnings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in senior living sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and sell admission agreements to potential residents and their families through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our senior living communities, services, and amenities to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, to generate referrals and leads.
• Conduct guided tours of our communities to showcase our facilities and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.
