Primrose Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead resident admissions and occupancy initiatives at our Rogers, AR communities. The role focuses on building relationships with families and referral partners to ensure smooth transitions for seniors.

You will leverage CRM tools, collaborate with on-site teams and Home Office staff to meet occupancy goals while delivering compassionate service.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (marketing/business) or equivalent experience.
• Previous sales experience required; senior living experience preferred.
• Passion for serving seniors and supporting families through important life transitions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales and occupancy goals.
• Ability to develop and maintain referral and community partnerships.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing follow-up activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with community teams and Home Office staff.
• Flexibility to accommodate prospective residents, families, and community events.
