Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Associate Director of Sales to support occupancy growth and revenue. You will manage CRM records, assist in lead follow-ups, and coordinate move-in processes to ensure a seamless experience for new residents and their families.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. On-site sales events and a supportive team environment are included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales support or customer service experience
• Strong phone, presentation, and communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and service-focused
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update prospect records in the CRM system
• Support lead follow-up through call-outs, call-ins, and presentations
• Assist in setting and tracking sales goals
• Prepare move-in paperwork and administrative files
• Coordinate resident assessments with clinical leadership
• Facilitate Resident Agreement signings and review move-in packets
• Ensure suites are ready using the Suite Readiness Checklist
• Welcome and orient residents and families on Move-In day
• Support on-site sales and marketing events
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and families
