Brio Living Services in Chelsea, MI is seeking a Sales Assistant and Move-In Coordinator to welcome prospective residents and support the Sales team through inquiries, tours, and move-in coordination.

You will handle applications, sales events, and administrative tasks while ensuring a smooth transition into residents’ new homes. This role requires organization, customer service focus, and the ability to balance sales support with detailed coordination in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of printing best practices and ability to contribute to social media content in a business setting.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and coordinate tours and follow-up with the Sales team.
• Support community tours and sales events, including setup and on-site assistance.
• Provide prospective residents with applications, brochures, and information.
• Assist with admissions and move-in process for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
• Coordinate move-in details and communicate with residents and internal teams.
