Job summary

Vitality Living seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing – Integration to lead the post-acquisition and development integration for our Lake Forest Community in Sanford, FL. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness by crafting strategic plans, building teams, and aligning operations with proforma goals.

You will partner with the VP of Integrations and corporate marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to move-in across multiple communities, while mentoring staff

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living sales and marketing, with focus on integration.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in leadership roles.
• Strong strategic planning, analytics, and training delivery skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to integrate acquisitions and developments into the Vitality Living brand.
• Establish sales offices, collateral, signage, hiring plans, compensation plans, and phone numbers for new developments.
• Create tailored strategic plans for each community using market trends and metrics.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team through integration.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends and demographics affecting the senior living industry.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure consistent brand integration across communities.
• Implement sales processes during integration, guiding inquiries to move-in.
• Monitor sales performance against proforma budgets and drive ROI.
• Build relationships with influencers, referral sources, and partners to boost leads.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing during integration.
• Deliver initial and ongoing training and sales playbooks for the team.
• Coordinate with operations to meet proforma projections and business objectives.
• Engage in site visits and virtual interactions to support new communities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to remove barriers to achieving sales goals.
