Job summary

Vitality Living seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing - Integration to steer the seamless assimilation of acquisitions and new developments into the brand. You will lead strategy, office setup, collateral creation, and a top-tier team to achieve occupancy, revenue, and brand goals in the assigned region.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with corporate marketing, and manage training and playbooks to ensure a unified customer journey from inquiry to move-in. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field.
• Proven track record in senior living sales and marketing, especially in integration of acquisitions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for integrating acquisitions into the Vitality Living brand.
• Establish organizational readiness for new developments, including offices, collateral, signage, and process
• Lead a high-performing team to meet integration targets and drive occupancy and revenue.
• Analyze market trends and demographics to guide community-specific plans.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency across communities.
• Manage budgets, training, and sales playbooks for the integration phase.
• Build relationships with referral sources and partners to enhance lead generation.
• Support operational teams to align sales projections with budgets and business objectives.
