Job summary

Vitality Living Oasis at Coral Reef in Miami, FL seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing - Integration to lead the integration of newly acquired and developed communities. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness across the region while building a high-performing team and collaborating with corporate marketing.

You will develop strategies, oversee budgets, and train staff to execute market-driven playbooks. Travel up to 75% is expected to support both virtual and on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in senior living sales and marketing with integration of acquisitions.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to integrate acquisitions into the Vitality Living brand.
• Establish sales offices, collateral, signage, hiring processes, compensation plans, and phone plans for new developments.
• Create tailored strategic plans for each community based on metrics and market trends.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team during integration.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and demographics.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure brand integration within each community.
• Implement and oversee sales processes during integration from inquiry to move-in.
• Monitor and drive sales performance in line with proforma budgets.
• Cultivate relationships with local influencers, referral sources, and partners for lead generation.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities during integration.
• Facilitate training and sales playbook expectations for the team, including education on sales systems/tools.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support proforma projections and budget alignment.
• Engage in virtual and in-person interactions, including site visits, for effective communication and support.
