Job summary

Evolve Senior Living in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy and census growth through proactive lead generation, relationship-based sales, and strategic marketing. You will manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to move-in and follow-up, building referral networks with hospitals and agencies.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience driving the full sales cycle from inquiry to close.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, tours, move-ins, and follow-up to drive occupancy.
• Meet monthly/annual targets for leads, tours, and occupancy; report to Executive Director.
• Develop and execute annual marketing plan and budget.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals and local providers.
• Manage CRM entries and pipeline data.
