Job summary

Fredericka Manor Retirement Community is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Director of Sales and Marketing. The role involves customer outreach, scheduling tours, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth move-in processes.

Full-Time position with Sunday–Thursday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prior experience in sales or marketing and strong communication skills are preferred. Equal opportunity employer and safety compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, marketing, or customer relations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience in lieu of degree accepted.
• Ability to coordinate move-in process and interface with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screening calls and scheduling tours of the community.
• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, and vendors.
• Update Sales and Marketing data base and follow up with prospects.
• Assemble and mail brochures and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate move-ins and resident handbooks as needed.
• Maintain wait list and assist with marketing events.
